Head of People & Organizational Development – Benefits andCompensation:Competitive salary, DOEFully remote role with multi-state exposureComprehensive benefits packageClear career path as the company scalesGrowth-focused ownership groupOpportunity to design systems from scratch rather than inheriting a broken oneHead of People & Organizational Development – Requirements &Qualifications:Multi-unit HR leadership experience in restaurants, hospitality, or similar high-volume environmentsExperience building HR and people ops infrastructure: processes, policies, tech stack, and documentationAbility to create and own a 1–3 year people and organizational development roadmapStrong background in recruiting strategy for hourly, management, and corporate rolesHands-on experience improving retention, bench strength, and leadership capabilityComfort supporting leaders across multiple states with diverse compliance requirementsExpertise in wage and hour, safety, labor law, immigration, and franchisor obligationsData-driven decision-maker capable of building and tracking KPIsDailyResponsibilities:Architect scalable people systems across two national brands in multiple regionsDevelop and measure KPIs: retention, internal mobility, manager capability, time-to-hire, eNPSPartner directly with founders and Operations to strengthen culture and organizational clarityBuild workforce planning models and predictable promotion pipelinesCreate and implement onboarding, training, and leadership development frameworksDesign and execute engagement, recognition, and retention programsStandardize HR workflows, documentation, and technology for scaleProvide coaching, guidance, and people-development support to operators across all marketsHead of People & Organizational Development – Preferred Background & Skills:Background in multi-unit restaurant, bakery, or hospitality people leadershipProven success reducing turnover and building strong promotion pipelinesExperience implementing HR tech, people analytics, and training programsStrong communicator with high EQ and the ability to influence operatorsHistory of elevating culture, leadership capability, and organizational alignment across regions Apply tot his job
