Health Coach Consultant

As a Health Coach Consultant at CVS Health, you will be a vital part of our commitment to improving the health and well-being of our customers. We are looking for a skilled and passionate individual to and provide our customers with guidance and advice on health and wellness topics. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, assessing their... health needs, and helping them to develop health plans and goals. To be successful as a Health Coach Consultant, you should have excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a passion for helping customers achieve their health goals. You should also have a Bachelor's degree in Health Science or a related field, and experience in the healthcare industry. Knowledge of health and wellness topics and experience in customer service are also preferred. Responsibilities: Build relationships with customers and assess their health needs. Develop health plans and goals with customers. Provide guidance and advice on health and wellness topics. Maintain knowledge of health and wellness topics. Demonstrate excellent communication skills. Work independently and provide customer service. Manage customer inquiries and issues. Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare partners.
