We are a rapidly scaling national telemedicine organization delivering innovative, evidence-based mental health and wellness care — including psychiatry, at-home ketamine therapy, GLP-1 weight programs, peptide therapy, and hormone health across 30+ states.We recently acquired a women’s hormone and longevity clinic and are expanding our clinical team, provider network, and compliance infrastructure. To support this growth, we are hiring a Healthcare HR Coordinator who is organized, compassionate, detail-driven, and highly professional. ROLE SUMMARYYou will play a key role in helping us scale our clinical and support teams by managing HR operations, recruiting, compliance, onboarding, documentation, and credentialing.This role requires:Clear, neutral English accentHealthcare HR or mental health HR experienceStrong communication and people skillsA calm, professional presenceAbility to stay organized while supporting a fast-moving organization✨ WHAT YOU’LL OWNHealthcare HR & ComplianceMaintain provider compliance: credentialing, licensing, audits, renewalsEnsure adherence to HIPAA, OSHA, and multi-state labor standardsOrganize and maintain all HR documentation and secure personnel filesSupport policy and SOP development during our expansion phaseOverall compliance and filing documentsRecruiting & Talent AcquisitionRecruit NPs, PAs, MDs, therapists, care coordinators, and admin rolesSource, screen, and interview candidates with professionalism and empathyCoordinate reference checks, offer letters, and onboarding workflowsHelp build a culture of patient-centered, mission-driven careOnboarding & OperationsSet up new hires across HRIS and credentialing platformsCoordinate orientations and clinical training schedulesTrack renewals, expirations, certifications, and compliance milestonesKeep communication flowing clearly and consistently across teamsAdministrative & Internal SupportInbox, scheduling, calendar coordinationStructured internal communication (compliance reminders, updates, notices)Document prep, file organization, HR reportingSupport leadership with operational clarity and HR visibilityREQUIRED EXPERIENCEYou must have:Healthcare HR experience (mental health, women’s health, or telemedicine strongly preferred)Understanding of HIPAA, credentialing, license tracking, complianceExperience interviewing and recruiting clinical rolesClear, neutral accent and polished verbal communicationStrong writing, organization, and attention to detailFamiliarity with: Google Workspace, Zoom, ATS/HRIS, LinkedIn sourcing, Slack, CalendlyNICE-TO-HAVEPsychology or healthcare backgroundExperience with provider onboarding across multiple statesExperience supporting high-volume growth environmentsAbility to create SOPs, process docs, and clear communication templatesWHO YOU AREPurpose-driven and professionalDetail-oriented and compliance-focusedCaring, patient, and steady under pressureExcellent communicatorObsessed with organization, accuracy, and claritySomeone who thrives in a mission-first healthcare environmentCOMPENSATION$5-$8/hourStable, long-term position with consistent weekly hours.Only applications submitted through Upwork will be considered.
