Job Description:Integra’s data architecture/data governance practice is starting to grow and there is a need to augment the current group. The Healthcare Solution Architect will be instrumental in supporting initiatives sponsored through the Chief Data Officers group; this includes but is not limited to Data Architecture, Data Quality and Data Governance. This individual will focus on advancing capabilities within the data hub, which serves as foundation for Integra Connects data architecture.Responsibilities:• Support Data Architecture development activities within an ecosystem that has multiple database technologies• Design, document and monitor the development of data management capabilities ensuring the solution is built as expected. • Support initiatives driven by the office of the CDO. • Manage assigned timelines and deliverables to support overall organizational goals. • Troubleshoot existing code to identify defects and optimization opportunities. • Work with 3rd party technology teams to integrate, implement and troubleshoot as needed.• Serve as the development SME for the office of the CDO. Qualifications:• 5 years hands-on experience working with healthcare data (EHR, PM, Payor Files, etc). • 3 years leading data management initiatives from inception to deployment. • Experience with creating/optimizing ETL/ELT within dbt Labs. • Experience in working within dbt Labs Test• Experience in building/design APIs. • Experience that demonstrates an intricate understanding of Snowflake, SQL Server and Azure to ensure solutions are optimized to the technology that is leveraged.• DB/Schema Architecture – Single/Multi-Tenant. • Partitioning. • Cloning/Archiving. • Experience managing source code in Azure DevOps and/or GIT. • Excellent communication skills — ability to translate technical requirements into technical concepts. • Working within a sprint team using Jira to track tasks. PreferredQualifications:• Firm understanding of concepts related to MDM, RDM and Metadata management. • Experience managing priorities supporting cross functional teams. • Experience with Azure, SQL Server, Snowflake.• Experience with Mage AI. • Experience working on complex projects with multiple teams onshore and offshore. • Team player but the ability to work independently given specific tasks. • Understanding of OHDSI.
