Role Description Under the direction of the Campus Director, the Director of Online Operations is responsible for administering and coordinating online programs. • Implements, manages, and oversees program launches, term starts and finishes, communication plans and information flow, and regulatory requirements. • Assesses and improves processes for efficiency and scale. • Oversees online program operations and develops and improves processes for efficiency and scale. • Increases student enrollment by monitoring and coordinating online program admissions, registration, and retention. • Leads new online program launches, coordinating faculty and administrative offices to obtain market research and to develop curriculum maps, budget, and accreditation materials. • Oversees term starts and finishes, tracking, analyzing, reporting, and resolving issues related to course development and revision, student orientations, enrollment, and student progress, advisement, and retention. • Ensures compliance with college policies and regulatory standards. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in business or related area; master's degree preferred • Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in business analysis, operational analysis, process management or related area • A strong background in education including continuing education programs and developing and managing educational programming. • Proficiency with online technology. Canvas a plus. • Knowledge of educational curriculum and programming with the ability to apply data analysis and evaluation techniques. • Demonstrated expertise in the design and evaluation of curriculum services. • Knowledge of how to formulate and articulate policies, procedures, expectations, and practices. • High level of integrity and professionalism. • Capacity and willingness to accept duties with initiative and resourcefulness. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, mathematical/statistical, time management and organizational skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal telephone skills. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Proven track record of successful performance results and sales accountability.
