About the Roleas an Application Support Analyst and serve as the subject matter expert for Homecare Homebase (HCHB) and related clinical applications. You'll provide top-tier technical support, optimize systems and processes, implement enhancements, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.Collaborate across teams to maintain system integrity, boost operational efficiency, and guide clinical staff through training and troubleshooting. This is a hands-on support role for a self-starter who can hit the ground running—no data-focused experience needed. Key Responsibilities• Assess, coordinate, and review issues/impacts related to application support and business processes. • Work independently on escalated issues via chat, email, phone, or inbox monitoring. • Proactively suggest improvements for system stability, availability, performance, and reliability.• Lead teams/projects to resolve complex technical issues. • Install/test new software/updates, create FAQs/troubleshooting guides, research bugs, and monitor resolutions. • Protect operational system stability and data integrity while collaborating with technical teams. Must-Have Qualifications• At least 3 years of hands-on experience using HCHB at a support/implementation level (experience trumps education). • Proven ability to manage yourself as a self-starter and hit the ground running. • Strong customer service skills for user support (chat, email, phone).Preferred Skills• Experience with clinical applications and regulatory compliance in healthcare. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Comfortable with weekend on-call rotation (team-shared).
