HR Benefits Analyst I

Job Description:• Provide responsive and caring support for calls that cannot be answered by our call center or HR Direct team for all internal inquiries on Standard’s benefits plans and programs• Process and audit employee transactions and data requests related to various benefits plans and programs• Be a key member of project teams for annual open enrollment and benefit/vendor implementations• Conducts benefits overview for new employee orientation, open enrollment, and other ad hoc needsRequirements:• High School Diploma is required• 1-3 years of internal HR benefits experience is required (This does not include leave and administration experience)• 1 year of experience working with Excel with knowledge of formulas, including VLOOKUP and Pivot tables• Experience handling claims escalations for employee benefits work• Understanding with HRIS systems and how data flows.Workday experience is preferred. • Vendor management experience is preferredBenefits:• A rich benefits package including medical, dental, vision and a 401(k) plan with matching company contributions• An annual incentive bonus plan• Generous paid time off including 11 holidays, 2 wellness days, and 8 volunteer hours annually — PTO increases with tenure• A supportive, responsive management approach and opportunities for career growth and advancement• Paid parental leave and adoption/surrogacy assistance• An employee giving program that double matches your donations to eligible nonprofits and schools Apply tot his job
