In this frontline role, you'll handle a high volume of employee inquiries through phone and email, providing timely, accurate, and empathetic support that reflects a culture of service excellence.While extensive HR knowledge isn't required, your strong customer service background and ability to quickly learn HR processes will be essential to your success. Your day-to-day will involve managing inbound and outbound calls, responding to emails with professionalism and clarity, and documenting interactions in case management systems.
