HubSpot CRM, Automation & Integration – 1-Week MVP (Spain Pilot, Scalable) We are implementing HubSpot as our central CRM and automation platform for venue acquisition, dealer and partner management, field sales, marketing automation, contracts, and customer support context. Spain is the pilot, but the setup must be scalable from day one for multi-country operations and multiple legally independent dealers under a future holding structure. Key constraint We want to avoid HubSpot Enterprise tiers unless strictly necessary. The solution should start with HubSpot Pro, or standard bundles only if justified, and use cost-aware workarounds such as custom objects, properties, associations, and naming conventions to keep licensing costs under control.
