Human Resources Management Consultant
The ideal candidate for HR Strategy Consultant is self-directed and responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan. In certain cases, the HR Strategy Consultant is also running HR administration for clients. Responsibilities• Create employee handbook. • Develop organizational charts for the company. • Develop ongoing growth plans for the company. • Onboard new hires. • Offboard departing employees. • Manage any leaves of absence. • Work with managers for disciplinary actions.• Manage HR compliance in multiple states. • Optimize existing HR technology and new technology. Qualifications• Ideally have your own LLC for an HR consulting practice. • Live around the Atlanta, GA area. • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience. • 15+ years' experience in Human Resources. • Demonstrate strong discipline to prioritize and manage workload including balancing the time between calls and processing requests. • Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills. • Attention to detail and good judgement.Apply tot his job
