Hybrid Client Services Coordinator Consultant (Mountain View, CA)
About the position The Client Service Coordinator is a key member of the RPO Delivery team, responsible for all aspects of coordination and administration activity for the end-to-end hiring process. The role directly supports client hiring teams, as well as sending reports and updates for how the program is doing. Making an Impact Pre-screen and interview scheduling for Client Hiring Managers Facilitate hiring events including welcoming & registering attendees, assisting with prescreens and coordination (paperwork explanation, initiating clearance, facilitating candidates between stations) Generate recruitment metric reports both manually and using the applicant tracking system Maintain all program compliance, data entry, and reporting in support of the program team. Coordinate recruiting team communications for the onboarding process for candidates/employees and client program updates Sharing Expertise Ability to leverage what you have learned and use experience to solve complex problems. Identify and suggest areas for improvement in program processes; serve as a subject matter expert on program SLAs and processes. Gaining Exposure Develop internal relationships across RPO departments Communication with clients, recruiters, and program management to validate orders including obtaining a complete and accurate job description. Develop client relationships through order fulfillment, and develop trust and rapport. Your Typical Day High touch with clients due to requisition volume or complexity of the program and compliance intricacies of accounts Oversee and coordinate day-to-day coordination activities: Resume submissions Requisition distribution Interview scheduling on-boarding actions Program reporting Support clients in understanding the status of trackers and program reporting.
