What You'll Do As a Hybrid General Manager, Airport Customer Experience, you will be responsible for: * Directing, managing, and overseeing daily airport operation activities to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient service for our passengers and stakeholders. * Assessing and executing appropriate resources to optimize station performance. * Monitoring, reviewing, and reporting station performance. * Establishing relationships through engagement, collaboration, and inclusiveness with internal and external stakeholders. * Coordinating closely with local airport authorities and government agencies to ensure organization's priorities, objectives, and concerns are effectively represented. * Managing scheduled, off-scheduled, and charter flight operations and meeting performance goals. * Acting as liaison between the Company and various organizations. * Evaluating, identifying, and recommending process improvement changes for a dynamic operational environment. * Overseeing, monitoring, and controlling budget and managing overall financial administration. * Leading, motivating, and developing employees to perform in a safe, efficient, productive, professional manner and deliver superior customer service. * Assuming responsibility of employee management – including hiring, conducting performance reviews, administering corrective action, salary administration, training, and career development. * Maintaining company standards of safety and security. * Partnering with vendors and contractors. * Preserving integrity and ethical values as it relates to audits, compliance, and regulatory mandates. All You'll Need for Success To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field or equivalent training/experience. * 7+ years of airline operations experience or relevant experience. * Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop employees. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse audiences. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate and recommend process improvement changes. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. * Ability to take initiative and act upon opportunities to improve processes and drive business growth. * Strong business acumen, with the ability to make sound business decisions and drive business growth. * Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. * Strong customer service skills, with the ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences. * Ability to maintain company standards of safety and security. * Valid US driver's license. * Ability to secure appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs security badges. * Ability to fulfill FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA).
