Key Responsibilities Provide patient education and support for new medication, using your expertise to develop and implement comprehensive plans of care. Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care for defined patient populations. Use your critical thinking skills to assess patient needs and develop effective solutions. Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals, using your excellent written and verbal customer service skills.Interact with patients using state-of-the-art telecommunications nursing outreach programs. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: A Registered Nurse with an unrestricted current compact license in Texas and the ability to be licensed in multiple states. 3+ years of clinical RN experience. Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent written and verbal customer service skills. Preferred Qualifications We're looking for candidates with: Previous Telephonic Nursing experience.EPIC systems experience. Bachelor's degree in Nursing. Licensure in multiple states. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
