Position OverviewThe Talent Acquisition Manager plays a lead role in all of the facets of the recruiting and sourcing process to ensure the hiring needs of performance-driven organization are met or exceeded. The major responsibilities of this role include collaborating with Departmental Managers to create recruiting strategies, write and publish job ads, phone screen and/or interview candidates, seek out new candidate sources, manage Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and processes, and provide accurate recruiting KPI reports.This position will also maintain and improve our employer brand, ensuring that we attract and hire people who contribute to our company’s growth. Essential Job Functions• Thoroughly understand the Organization’s various hiring needs, as well as its high-performance culture and core values. • Collaborate with Dept. leaders and hiring managers in each department to set hiring goals (e.g., monthly, quarterly, and annually). • Define, train, and maintain recruitment practices and processes, assuring adherence throughout the organization.• Source candidates through job boards, resume databases, professional networks and referrals. • Write creative and compelling job ads that convert highly qualified candidate responses. • Interview candidates at various stages of the hiring process (phone screening calls, video interviews and in-person meetings). • Use pre-hire skill assessment tools and tests to screen candidates. • Maintain a full and accurate library of job descriptions for all positions. • Oversee and manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for the business and maintain data integrity for accurate reporting and best outcomes.• Manage communication with candidates from application to onboarding using a variety of tools, including automated emails, texts, and phone calls. • Maintain relationships with all job board managers and continuously seek ways to improve our acquisition and hiring efforts. • Organize hiring events and participate in job fairs to network with potential candidates, as warranted. • Track recruitment KPIs, including, but not limited to, time to hire, source performance, time to fill, bolthires per applicant, bolthires per hire, etc.• Assist in managing candidate facing employer branding, including employer reputation, employee reviews, and employee testimonial videos.
