Job Title: Infor LN ERP Planning Consultant Location: Seattle, WA (On-site preferred; Remote candidates will be considered) Employment Type: Contract C2C / W2 Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Infor LN ERP Planning Consultant with strong expertise in Part Item Master and Planning Item Master configuration, specifically for non-recurring parts. The consultant will play a critical role in establishing and executing a standardized, accurate data foundation within Infor LN to support global supply chain planning, production operations, and spare parts management. This role will support global supply chain operations by enabling reliable demand and supply planning, analytics, and reporting within Infor LN. Key Responsibilities • Establish and maintain an updated baseline of Part Item Masters and Planning Item Masters in Infor LN for: • Production parts and operational spares • Operational equipment (ground support and non-flying equipment) • Other inventory-managed parts and items • Design and configure Infor LN-required data structures and elements, including: • Item master attributes • Planning parameters • Supply chain and inventory planning configurations • Define and execute a data loading and migration strategy, including: • Data validation and cleansing • Load sequencing and scheduling • Change tracking and issue resolution • Execute hands-on data input and configuration within Infor LN for Part Item Masters and Planning Item Masters. • Collaborate closely with: • Global Supply Chain teams • MPSD&A business analysts • Cross-functional stakeholders • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability to support: • Demand and supply planning • Data analysis and reporting • Business decision-making within Infor LN • Track project actions, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring timely communication and status reporting. Required Qualifications • Proven experience as an Infor LN ERP Consultant, with a strong focus on Planning and Item Master data. • Hands-on expertise in: • Part Item Master setup • Planning Item Master configuration • Supply chain and inventory planning modules in Infor LN • Experience supporting global supply chain operations, preferably in manufacturing, aerospace, logistics, or complex operations environments. • Strong understanding of non-recurring parts and operational spares planning. • Ability to work independently and execute end-to-end data setup activities. • Excellent communication and documentation skills. Success Criteria • Accurate, standardized, and complete Item Master and Planning data in Infor LN. • Seamless usability of data for demand/supply planning and reporting. • On-time delivery of all milestones with minimal rework or data quality issues.
