Base Pay Range$45,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr100% remote, but must be located in Northern UtahJob Summary:As an Investment Advisor Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our investment advisors in delivering top-notch financial services to our clients. You will assist in managing client accounts, preparing reports, and ensuring a seamless client experience.This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for the financial industry. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Investment Advisor Assistant to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities• Assist investment advisors in managing client portfolios and accounts.• Prepare and maintain client documentation, including account opening forms, investment policy statements, and performance reports. • Conduct research on investment products, market trends, and economic conditions to support advisors in making informed decisions. • Communicate with clients to address inquiries, schedule meetings, and provide updates on account status. • Assist in the preparation of client presentations and investment proposals. • Monitor and track client account performance and report findings to advisors.• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. • Maintain and organize client files and records in accordance with best practices. • Collaborate with other team members to enhance client service and operational efficiency. Qualifications• Charles Schwab experience preferred since we custody at Schwab. • Previous experience in a financial services or investment advisory role is a plus. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in bolthires Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and financial software.• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
