Job Title: Salesforce Architect - Health CloudLocation: RemoteEmployment Type: Full - TimeJob Overview:We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect with extensive expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud.The ideal candidate will have strong experience in creating architectural solution designs and leading delivery teams to ensure exceptional client engagement and satisfaction. The role demands a deep understanding of Salesforce platform development, integrations, and enterprise-scale solutions. Key Responsibilities:• Solution Architecture: Design and implement complex Salesforce solutions, specifically in Salesforce Health Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Salesforce Experience Cloud. • Leadership: Provide architectural leadership and thought leadership throughout the full lifecycle of Salesforce implementation projects.• Custom Development: Lead the development of custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Aura, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Process Builder. • Integration: Manage API integrations and work with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft for seamless data flow between Salesforce and other third-party systems (e.g., ERP, Marketing Automation). • DevOps Practices: Apply best practices in DevOps, CI/CD, and deployment strategies using tools like Copado, Git, or Bamboo to ensure smooth and efficient release cycles.• Custom App Development: Support the development and maintenance of internal and external apps using Lightning Framework. • Business Continuity: Ensure the smooth operation of global Salesforce instances, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting. • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation on workflows, migration plans, processes, and standard operating procedures. • Impact Assessment: Evaluate the impact of proposed changes and recommend alternative solutions based on trade-offs and impact analysis.RequiredQualifications:• Experience: 12-15 years of overall experience, with at least 10 years in Salesforce development and architecture. • SalesforceExperience: Must have worked in 2-3 full lifecycle Salesforce implementation projects as a Technical Architect. • Salesforce Expertise:• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Health Cloud, and Salesforce Experience Cloud. • Proficiency in Apex, Aura, Process Builder, Flow, LWC, and Visualforce. • Framework Expertise: Deep understanding of the Aura framework and Lightning framework, particularly for developing custom Lightning components for Salesforce Community Pages.• API and Integration: Experience with SOAP, REST, XML, JSON, and integrating Salesforce with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft. • DevOps: Expertise in DevOps best practices, CI/CD, and deployment strategies using tools like Copado, Git, or Bamboo. • Documentation: Ability to maintain detailed documentation and provide comprehensive reports for stakeholders. • Communication: Strong ability to communicate effectively with IT leaders and business users, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.Compensation andBenefits:• Benefits: Full range of medical and dental benefits, disability insurance, paid time off (including sick leave), and other paid/unpaid leave options.
