As a key member of our Customer Experience team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our members receive top-notch support and guidance within our Bilt Rewards platform. Key Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Customer Support * Provide comprehensive payment, loyalty, and general inquiry support to our members within the Bilt Rewards platform, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their concerns. * Triage incoming tickets, identify emerging trends, and forward them to relevant internal departments for resolution, demonstrating your ability to analyze and prioritize complex issues. * Document necessary information and escalate ongoing patterns internally, showcasing your attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively. Collaborating with Internal Teams * Collaborate closely with internal teams and our BPO team to address and resolve member issues effectively, demonstrating your ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. * Develop a deep understanding of our products, features, and services to provide accurate and helpful information, ensuring our members receive the best possible support. Staying Up-to-Date and Adaptable * Stay updated on new product releases and enhancements to effectively communicate benefits to members as the company scales, demonstrating your ability to adapt to change and stay current with industry developments. * Stay organized and patient while understanding the specifics of each member's needs and the unique nuances of each partner's business operations, showcasing your ability to navigate complex situations. Providing Exceptional Service * Provide exceptional customer service, even when handling complex inquiries, demonstrating your commitment to delivering outstanding support and exceeding member expectations. Qualifications: Essential Qualifications: * 2-4 years of professional experience in a support or operations-type role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. * Extremely organized with strong written and verbal skills, able to communicate effectively with internal teams and members. * A team player who's able to learn new platforms quickly and is patient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. * Driven to take on new responsibilities, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks and prioritize complex issues. * Strong attention to detail with the intelligence to use critical thinking for solutions, ensuring timely and effective resolution of member concerns. Preferred Qualifications: * Zendesk experience (admin preferred) and Rewards knowledge, demonstrating your ability to navigate complex support platforms and provide expert guidance to members. * Ability to deal with extremely confidential and sensitive information, showcasing your discretion and professionalism. Compensation Range: The salary range for a Customer Experience Team Member is $65,000 - 75,000, with opportunities for growth and advancement based on individual performance and contributions. Leveling and Compensation Growth: We're considering candidates with differing levels of expertise for this position, and leveling will be based upon your experience and performance in the interview process.
