Providing detailed information about our platform and services to gig workers and potential users. Assisting users in navigating our application and connecting with available shifts. Documenting and tracking all customer interactions and issues in our CRM system. Collaborating with team members to identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to our processes. Maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude toward gig workers at all times. Staying updated on industry trends and platform changes to provide accurate and timely information. Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or a related field is a plus. Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote setting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with gig workers.
