Working collaboratively with our team to ensure that every customer receives their order on time and to their satisfaction. Participating in pre-rush prep, cleaning, pizza making, oven tending, and expediting delivery orders, with proper training and support. Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members. A positive and energetic attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility. Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system. Preferred Qualifications: While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset: Previous customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time. Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
