What You'll Do: • Independent Sourcing: Use your network, research skills, and creativity to identify and connect with high-quality blue-collar candidates. • Build Relationships: Establish strong connections with candidates, keeping an open and honest line of communication. • Match Talent to Roles: Quickly understand our clients' needs and assess candidates to find the perfect match. • Drive Placements: Utilize your hunting skills to make placements happen, without needing extra support or tools.
