This is a remote position.
Responsibilities:
- Under the direction of a Senior Consultant or Project Leader, develop project plans, timelines, and budgets; create documentation and manage critical aspects of team deliverables, schedules, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Utilize existing project templates or create new ones for client engagements to provide visibility into tasks and deliverables.
- Track project progress, including identification of action items, progress in resolving issues, and documentation of decisions throughout the project.
- Note: Must be able to understand English fluently and keep up with documentation during client and internal team calls.
- Create and document go-live checklists, as well as User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans and schedules, based on vendor templates.
- Ensure all client data, project documents, and call transcripts or recordings are properly logged and stored in the appropriate repositories.
- Document operational processes or organizational structures to support client or project needs.
- Support the project team in the creation of presentations and other materials.
- Analyze operational and financial data as needed to demonstrate the impact of proposed solutions.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
Requirements
Skills:
- Minimum of 2–4 years of professional work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in project management and business analysis.
- Familiarity with contact center operations, voice and digital channels, and technology solutions; experience with platforms such as Genesys, NICE CXone, Five9, or similar is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Interest in AI-driven technologies is a plus.
- Proficiency with project management and workflow tools such as Lucidchart, Smartsheet, ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, and others.
