We're seeking a highly motivated and passionate intern to join our Brand Engagement Center team at Toyota, a global leader in the automotive industry. As a 2024 Summer Brand Engagement Center Intern, you'll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, develop valuable skills, and contribute to the success of our company.
About the Role:
In this 12-month rotation, you'll act as a liaison between Toyota/Lexus owners, prospective owners, dealerships, area offices, and headquarters, providing world-class customer service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to incoming phone calls and evaluating customer inquiries/concerns
- Providing solutions and determining the appropriate action to positively impact owner satisfaction and retention
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
