Requirements / Qualifications • Credential Copy (valid Teaching Credential or Substitute Permit) Comments and Other Information Teacher of the Severely Handicapped serves students with the most severe handicapping conditions. Some students need total care while others function somewhat independently. All services are provided pursuant to an individual educational plan developed for the children.
