About the Colleague Experience Group (CEG) We're a team of trusted advisors dedicated to delivering an exceptional colleague experience. As a Campus Graduate in our CEG team, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization and making a positive impact on the lives of our colleagues. Summer Internship Program Our Summer Internship Program is designed to provide high-performing HR students with hands-on experience and exposure to senior leadership. You'll work on strategic initiatives, develop valuable skills, and build a network of professional contacts. Successful interns will be offered a full-time opportunity to join our Human Resources Leadership Development Program (HRLDP) after graduation. Human Resources Leadership Development Program (HRLDP) Our HRLDP is a two-year program that offers a comprehensive learning experience, with three diverse rotations in the Colleague Experience Group. You'll receive mentorship, coaching, and feedback from senior leaders, as well as opportunities to develop your skills and expertise in HR. Upon completion of the program, you'll be well-positioned to take on a full-time role in our organization.
