About the position The Financial Analyst position at Raytheon involves supporting the F-16 Portfolio as part of the Operations/Supply Chain/Quality (OSQ) team. The role focuses on managing daily business and financial activities for various programs, ensuring cost and schedule control, and providing analytical support to enhance program financial metrics. Responsibilities • Responsible for cost/schedule control and analysis. , • Conduct Hour Per Unit (HPU) Analysis and Forecasting. , • Prepare Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) and variance analysis. , • Review and report data related to program financials. , • Partner with Program Manager and CAM's/IPTL's for successful contract execution. , • Drive finance processes for assigned programs and monitor program health and compliance. , • Identify risks affecting cost and/or schedule and provide proactive financial analysis. , • Perform additional ad-hoc analysis and support 5 Year and AOP forecasting. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Math, Management, or a closely related field. , • 12 months or less of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships). , • U.S. citizenship required to access the financial management system. Nice-to-haves • Experience in providing financial and business support. , • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). , • Ability to quickly master Business Systems. , • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely. , • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and initiative for process improvement.
