Job Responsibilities: Support user research, wireframing, and prototyping efforts Assist with UI design and usability testing Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including senior designers, product managers, and developers Maintain the design system and contribute to task management Document design decisions and receive mentorship from senior designers Requirements: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in computer science, graphic design, interaction design, or a related field Basic working knowledge of Figma and foundational understanding of UX and visual design principles Authorization to work permanently in the US without sponsorship Preferred Qualifications: Strong initiative and ability to work independently Excellent communication skills and comfort working in a virtual environment Diversity and Inclusion: Xome is committed to nurturing a diverse and inclusive environment where every employee can thrive.
