4 hr Special Education Paraprofessional - ASD - Centerville Elementary

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, supervision of students indoors and/or out of doors, tutoring students under the direct supervision of a teacher, general classroom clerical support, assisting students with hygiene needs, facilitating behavioral redirection and intervention, physically transferring students and assisting in ACE instructional job responsibilities. QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma required. Demonstrated aptitude and competence for assigned responsibilities. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable. Must be highly qualfied: 1. Have at least two years of college credits (usually 60 credits if earned in Minnesota) through an accredited institution of higher education; or 2. Hold an associate’s degree or higher; or 3.
