60-Second Video for Non-profit Program Recruitment of College Students

We’re looking for a creative and experienced video marketer to help Matriculate, a national nonprofit, create a compelling 60-second video that inspires more college students to apply to our virtual Advising Fellowship. About Us: Matriculate empowers high-achieving, low-income high school students by pairing them with trained undergraduate advisors who guide them through the college application process. Our program is completely virtual and provides valuable training in mentorship, technology, and program management to our college Advising Fellows. The Challenge: We lack student voices in our marketing materials and need a dynamic, engaging video that speaks directly to a college-aged audience. To connect with this demographic, we want a video that feels natural on social media while also being informative. We need someone with experience marketing to college students, who understands how to craft a message that will resonate and drive applications. Timeline: Project completion within 4-6 weeks Ideal Candidate (Top 3 Skills & Experience): - Strong Video Production & Editing Skills – Experience creating engaging, high-quality promotional videos for digital and social platforms. - Storytelling & Audience Engagement – Ability to craft compelling messages that resonate with college-aged audiences and inspire action. - Remote Filming & Post-Production – Experience with product footage, remote video interviews, and turning raw content into a polished final product.
