This vertical focuses on helping clients with tax preparations, insurance coverage, and investment portfolios. In this role, you will be a part of the Lending Operations team, responsible for preparing retail credit proposals, conducting pre-analysis, performing dupe checks, data entry, customer point verifications (CPV), and reviewing income documents in accordance with the client credit policy, procedures, and turnaround times. The role also involves working with the Underwriting team to raise investment capital from investors on behalf of corporations and governments issuing equity or debt securities. A good understanding of credit analysis, creditworthiness, credit underwriting, credit appraisal memo, commercial lending, financial analysis, asset evaluation, and income calculation is required. Expertise in residential underwriting, mortgage underwriting, government-sponsored loans, and pre-purchase review may also be necessary.
