This is an opportunity to create new processes, provide top-quality client service, and advise business leaders on a new area of the business. Job Description What You’ll Do • Assist members of the sales team as clients transition from prospects to partners. • Be the main point of contact for all payroll and EOR clients - managing existing and new client relationships. • Build relationships with clients and identify opportunities for growth and expansion. • Onboard, support, and offboard contractors and employees across multiple client projects. • Review and approve time cards and payroll in a timely manner, and remind employees as needed. • Prepare and present regular reports to clients about the project, including timelines, budgets, and other elements of a successful engagement. • Resolve issues related to timekeeping and payroll as needed in partnership with the finance, operations, payroll, and HR team. • Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and employees ensuring a great experience across the board. Qualifications What We're Looking For • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience ideally in staff augmentation or other service-oriented industry, especially within the startup/tech industry • Prior experience managing time and attendance, employee relations, and management • A customer-centric mindset • Project management fundamentals including the ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Advanced or better level of understanding with Google Workspace products like Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides • A sense of urgency and a high standard of professionalism and character • Curiosity to learn more, improve processes, and help others • Availability during continental-US time zones Additional Information Job Mobz provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
