About the role


ElevenLabs is building its first dedicated Canadian go-to-market team, and this is a founding Enterprise Account Executive role based in Canada. We’re looking for an experienced, motivated seller to drive ElevenLabs’ growth in Fortune 500 and large-scale enterprises across Canada. Working alongside the team led by our GM of Canada, you’ll help build our Canadian enterprise playbook from the ground up. Our ideal candidate is passionate about the transformative possibilities of AI voice technology, and eager to act as a strategic partner - enabling organizations to leverage our industry-leading models and product to reimagine their customer experience, internal workflows, and monetization strategies.

In this role you will

  1. Build and manage a growing portfolio of new accounts across industries adopting conversational AI to help ElevenLabs meet its revenue goals

  2. Identify new business opportunities where ElevenLabs’ conversational AI capabilities can drive user engagement, automation, or cost efficiency

  3. Generate and own pipeline through targeted outbound into priority accounts, partnering with SDRs and our partnerships team to break into the C-suite

  4. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape, including customer use cases, competitive solutions, and emerging trends

  5. Demonstrate expertise, or a strong willingness to learn, about conversational AI and how ElevenLabs’ voice technology can unlock value across customer support, virtual agents, in-app assistants, and more

  6. Develop and execute account strategies to expand ElevenLabs’ presence within key Canadian enterprise verticals (e.g., financial services, public sector, telecom).

  7. Partner closely with customer success and solutions engineering to ensure smooth onboarding and expansion of accounts.

  8. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, educating them on emerging trends in generative AI, voice interfaces, and conversational agents.

This role is remote-first and can be executed from anywhere in Canada, with a strong preference for candidates based in Toronto. You’ll operate primarily in the ET timezone, with the ability to collaborate across CT, MT, and PT as needed. If you’re not based near one of our hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend so you can work from a space that suits you.
