Account Manager | Global Clinical Supply Chain

We are looking for an Account Manager who wants ownership, visibility, and growth — not just account maintenance.
In this role, you will own key client relationships across multiple regions and act as a trusted partner for sponsors running complex clinical programs. Your impact will be visible commercially, operationally, and strategically.
Key responsibilities:
- Own strategic account planning for a portfolio of global clients
- Build deep understanding of clients’ clinical pipelines, regions, and future needs
- Develop and execute account development plans focused on long-term growth and partnership
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients optimize and scale their clinical supply chain
- Identify opportunities to expand services across regions, trials, and lifecycle stages
- Translate client strategy into clear internal action plans for Operations, QA, PM, and Finance
- Anticipate risks, regulatory challenges, and capacity needs before they become issues
- Lead regular account reviews, forecasts, and growth discussions with clients
- Support onboarding of new studies, regions, and services as clients expand
- Travel internationally when it supports relationship-building and account development
Requirements
What we’re looking for:
- Experience owning client accounts, projects, or complex stakeholder relationships
- Solid understanding of clinical trials and pharmaceutical supply chains
- Ability to think in terms of value, growth, and long-term partnerships
- Confidence discussing commercials, forecasts, and business impact with clients
- Strong communication skills across regions, cultures, and seniority levels
- Comfort working in international environments with multiple time zones
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a strong plus)
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar)
