As an Account Protection Specialist, you will be responsible for utilizing fraud management techniques and tools to identify potential false activity, gather and analyze relevant data, and determine the appropriate course of action.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing inbound and outbound calls to protect American Express accounts and prevent potential losses
• Conducting thorough investigations of unusual financial activity using internal and external databases
• Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance fraud detection and prevention
• Providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional working relationship with clients and external banks

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• A Bachelor's degree and experience working with online store fraud
• Excellent client-first focus and ability to lead meticulous investigations
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and web technology
