Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented State Farm Field Associate to join our team. This role is primarily sales-focused but also requires providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy office setting and possess a strong drive to close deals and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively pursue sales opportunities to meet and exceed company goals
Provide outstanding service to existing clients to maintain strong relationships

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to sales and service activities
