This is a remote night-shift position requiring candidates with a strong foundation in accounting principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities • Perform accounting tasks including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting for US-based clients. • Ensure compliance with US accounting standards and regulations. Training would be provided for the same. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. • Collaborate with clients and internal teams for account management and reporting. • Handle client communication effectively in English, both written and verbal. • Work with accounting software/tools to manage daily tasks. Required Skills and Qualifications • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in Accounting. • Knowledge: Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and principles. • Communication: Proficiency in English (verbal and written). • Technical Requirements: • Own a laptop with required specifications to perform the job. • Stable and reliable internet connection. • Commitment: Willingness to commit to a minimum tenure of 2 years. Salary and Benefits • Compensation: ?35,000 - ?40,000 per month. • Working Hours: Night Shift (6 PM to 3 AM IST). • Remote work flexibility with a supportive work environment.
