Qualifications • Independent contractor status. • Clean background check. • Access to a computer with a reliable internet connection and a designated home office space. • Possession of a cell phone with multiple email identities (data reimbursement up to $35/month available). • Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent experience (minimum 5 years under a CFO). • QuickBooks™ Online ProAdvisor Certification preferred, or willingness to obtain it. • Advanced expertise in QuickBooks Online and ability to pass a skills test. • Strong teamwork skills and a collaborative approach. • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. • Proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering quality work. • Proficiency with various software applications and technological tools. Responsibilities • Adherence to all relevant accounting and financial regulations. • Compilation, analysis, and reporting of financial data. • Preparation of periodic financial reports, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements. • Provision of data to management, investors, and stakeholders. • Maintenance of accurate financial records. • Calculation of sales taxes. • Assistance in budgeting and forecasting processes.
