Persolvent is seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Accounting Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. The Accounting Associate will assist with various accounting tasks and ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial information. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Assist with day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable. Perform bank and account reconciliations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. Prepare and process invoices, credit cards, and expense reports. Support month-end and year-end closing processes. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures. Perform data entry and administrative duties as needed. Assist with audits and other financial projects as required. Requirements: Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or currently pursuing). Previous experience in an accounting or finance role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Experience with Business Central is a plus. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Working Hours: Flexible schedule, with 12-20 hours per week. Must be available to work during standard business hours. This is a remote position.
