Accounting ERP Consultant - $130k - Philadelphia+Remote Flex

Join our dynamic team as an Accounting ERP Consultant and drive success with a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas. Based in our vibrant Remote office, this role offers a competitive salary for your time and effort. A growing Microsoft Partner seeks an experienced ERP Functional Consultant to configure and implement Dynamics ERP systems, particularly with GP, Business Central, and AX/F&O. You will work closely with customer stakeholders in the finance department to define and configure business processes in conjunction with the ERP that will maximize output. As a key member of the ERP implementation team, you will: Act as part of the project from requirements gathering to post-go-live support Work alongside customer stakeholders to understand their business needs and design a system that fits these requirements Troubleshoot system errors and identify paths for improvement Collaborate with a development team on designing a technical blueprint and with customization Train and support key users both at customer sites and remotely Manage upgrades and integrations with ISV products and reporting tools You will bring: 4+ years of experience with Dynamics NAV or Business Central ERP implementation experience is a plus Technical capability with C/AL, .NET, SQL, or AL extensions is a nice to have, not required Prior consulting experience in the Microsoft Partner channel preferred Strong knowledge of business processes, especially with GAAP and Financial Reporting Excellent communication and customer service skills Bachelor's Degree in relevant studies (Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, Mathematics, etc.) You will receive: $100-130k base salary Excellent bonus potential Training and certifications paid for by the company PTO Plan and Benefits package Medical, Dental, Vision Plan 401 (K) Plan with a company match Awesome work-life balance Stable organization with low employee turnover Remote access with low travel Apply now and join our team of dynamic professionals.
