If you are a proactive, collaborative team player and leader with excellent communication skills, who can manage responsibilities and deadlines effectively, we’d love to hear from you! 100% fully REMOTE position! Accounting Manager Benefits and Compensation: • Salary range of $75k-$83k DOE + Bonus • Fully remote role with flexible scheduling! • Quarterly performance reviews • Benefits eligibility after 90 days, including PTO, health insurance, and paid holidays • Company-matched IRA after 3 years • Excellent opportunities for career advancement Accounting Manager Responsibilities and Qualifications: • 5+ years of full-cycle Bookkeeping and Accounting experience • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required • Strong General Accounting knowledge and experience • Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop/QuickBooks Online • Proficient in Excel • Multi-unit / Multi-location accounting experience is necessary • Experience using Billable hours • Strong and confident personality and work style • Strong leadership skills • Confidently manage projects and processes • Quality focused • Able to meet with clients via phone or web call to review their business and analyze accounting • Build trusted client relationships • Able to meet deadlines • Exceptional organizational skills • Customer Service oriented At Goodwin Recruiting we are committed to our core values.
