About the Role This is an exciting opportunity for an entry-level or early-career accounting professional to work with multiple clients, primarily in the life sciences, tech and professional sectors. You’ll get exposure to a variety of accounting processes, tools, and client interactions while learning best practices in a fast-paced, supportive environment. You’ll be: • Assisting with day-to-day bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online (training provided if needed). • Helping prepare financial reports and reconciliations. • Supporting senior accountants with month-end and year-end processes. • Learning to analyze financial data and provide insights. • Participating in virtual client meetings alongside senior team members. Who We’re Looking For • Based in Eastern or Central Time Zones for client collaboration. • 0–2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience (internships or part-time roles count). • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting • Comfortable using technology and eager to learn new software. • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple priorities. • Strong communicator who enjoys working with people. • Positive attitude and sense of humor—because we like to enjoy the work we do! Bonus Points If You Have: • QuickBooks Online experience or certification. • Exposure to GAAP concepts from coursework or previous roles. • Experience in life sciences or startup environments.
