The primary scope of this position includes accurately processing vendor invoices, employee expense reports, and other payables in a timely and efficient manner. This role ensures compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining strong vendor relationships and supporting internal stakeholders. Where you will have an impact Process and code a high volume of invoices ensuring proper approver and accuracy. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies or payment issues promptly. Respond to vendor inquiries and internal questions regarding payments. Assist with monthly American Express processing and account reconciliation. Act as back-up for weekly check run processing. Set up new vendors ensuring accurate information, required screening, and proper tax classification. Collaborate with procurement, finance, and other departments for invoice processing and issue resolution. Support all aspects of accounts payable processing and vendor reconciliation. What’s necessary to do the job? High school Diploma/GED or equivalent Bachelor’s or Associate Degree preferred 1-2 years of progressive accounts payable experience Excellent computer skills Prior experience in a multi-entity environment HIPAA & Security Requirements All Associates must comply with the Health Insurance Portability Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) as it pertains to disclosures of protected health information (PHI) as described in the Notice of Privacy Practices and HIPAA Privacy Policies and Procedures.
