Accounts Payable Bookkeeper ?MUST BE PROFICIENT IN QBO Company: Trophy Point Investment Group Location: Remote (Philippines or Asia location) Status Type: Full Time Contractor Compensation: $5 - $8 USD per hour Website: Position Overview: Trophy Point Investment Group is seeking an Accounts Payable Bookkeeper with experience in a real estate lending or mortgage lending company. This role involves managing all aspects of the accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, vendor payments, and financial record maintenance. The ideal candidate will support the financial team in maintaining accurate financial operations while fostering strong relationships with vendors. Key Responsibilities: • Invoice Processing: • Review, code, and process invoices for payment. • Verify accuracy and compliance with company policies and contractual agreements. • Vendor Management: • Maintain relationships with vendors and resolve payment discrepancies. • Prepare and manage vendor statements and payment schedules. • Financial Record Keeping: • Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions. • Assist in month-end closing processes and reconciliation of accounts payable. • Reporting & Compliance: • Generate reports related to accounts payable activity and outstanding liabilities. • Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies. Summary: • Process invoices and payment requests accurately and timely. • Maintain vendor records and manage relationships. • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies. • Prepare weekly and monthly AP reports. Qualifications: • Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Bookkeeper in a real estate lending or mortgage lending company. • Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounts payable processes. • Experience with accounting software and financial reporting tools. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment. • QBO (QuickBooks Online) is a must.
