Accounts Receivable / Bookkeeper to establish accrual based processes for new business

We are a fulfillment, distribution, and administrative services company for record labels and established artists. Spun off into its own business in 2023. In prior ventures, we’ve always done cash basis accounting but it doesn’t fit well for this line of business. There are lengthy timeframes between cash spent, revenues received, and accounts payable. We need a clearer vision of cash flow that accounts for these timeframes. We are looking for an Accounts Receivable / Bookkeeper to assist with the following: - Review and ensure our Quickbooks is set up properly for accrual based account - Finalizing EOY 2024 bookkeeping in Quickbooks to hand off to our CPA - Establish recurring accrual based accounts receivable and bookkeeping processes (weekly, monthly, quarterly) based on best practices - Work with our operations manager to hand off processes Knowledge of the music industry, royalties, and how record labels operate is a bonus, but not necessary.
