The role demands deep expertise in the broking industry, customer acquisition funnels, and growth levers to scale customer base and enhance engagement . Key Responsibilities Customer Acquisition : Develop and execute strategies to drive new customer acquisition for the Mutual Fund vertical. Growth Levers : Identify and optimize digital and offline channels to maximize acquisition and engagement. Partnerships : Build and manage ecosystem partnerships to accelerate customer growth. Data-Driven Insights : Leverage analytics to track performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement in acquisition and retention. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with product, marketing, and business teams to deliver measurable growth outcomes. Key Requirements 6–9 years of proven experience in acquisition and growth roles within the broking industry . Strong understanding of customer acquisition models, digital funnels, and retention strategies . Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
