Active Recruiter Needed for Maintenance Personnel in Assisted Living Community

We are seeking an "Active Recruiter" to find qualified personnel for our Assisted Senior Living communities. The selected recruiter(s) will not just post jobs but will primarily actively research, contact, and recruit the best potential candidates who already have jobs and aren't looking for a job. We will need you to conduct interviews and streamline the hiring process. Your expertise in the recruitment field will be crucial in attracting reliable and skilled individuals who can contribute to our community's upkeep and safety. The first project is to find maintenance personnel located in or near Lawton, OK in the US. We are looking for a groundskeeper, as well as a maintenance supervisor who can fulfill the maintenance needs of this ~80 unit property. 0) Please explain how many projects, over how many years you have been involved in recruiting and how many of these have been in the US.
