Position Overview:
This is an entry level position that is suitable for NEW GRADS or RECENTLY GRADUATED APP. This may also be a desirable position for experienced APP who are interested in learning a new clinical body of knowledge (Addictions). Productivity expectations are lower to allow for increased opportunities for learning and development of skills. Individuals who meet performance standards may be offered an opportunity for advancement after 1 year with the company.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 30 hours per week
Location: Virtual
Clinical Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for new admissions
- Provide ongoing follow-up care, including medication management and treatment planning
- Collaborate with on-site treatment teams to ensure continuity of care
- Receive ongoing supervision, support, and clinical education from addiction-specialist MDs and psychiatrists
- Participate in our productivity-based incentive program, offering opportunities to earn additional income
What We're Looking For:
Required:
- Active Illinois Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
- Licensed in at least two or more of the following states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, MT, NV, TX, WA, or WI
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
- Proficiency with EMR documentation and electronic communication
- Dependable, eager to learn, and self-motivated
- Efficient in managing multiple tasks and maintaining workflow
Preferred:
- Able to secure DEA license by start date
- Experience managing psychiatric conditions
- Familiarity with addiction treatment and medication-assisted treatment (MAT) protocols (e.g., buprenorphine, naltrexone)
