Administration Support Manager - 6 Month FTC

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administration Support Manager to join our team on a 6-month fixed term contract. This is a full-time, primarily remote role, with regular travel to sites required. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our sites through A major application rollout, helping to drive successful implementation, adoption, and long-term embedding of the new system across the organisation. This is a varied, hands-on position where no two days are the same. You’ll work closely with site leaders and the project team, providing both remote and on-site support—helping teams understand the new application, improve processes, and maintain high standards in reporting and administration. What you'll be doing You will act as a key link between sites, the project team, and central functions, ensuring the new application is implemented effectively and used consistently across all locations. A core part of your role will involve extracting, analysing, and presenting data from the system to sites—providing clear, actionable insights that support adoption, highlight performance, and identify opportunities for improvement. You’ll help translate data into meaningful information that site teams can use to embed new ways of working. This will include coaching site teams, troubleshooting issues, and reinforcing best practice in system usage and administration processes. This is a flexible, delivery-focused role where you’ll need to adapt your approach to different sites and stakeholders, ensuring a consistent and successful rollout experience. What you'll bring to the role You’ll be organised, adaptable, and confident supporting others in a fast-paced environment, with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new systems.Experience working with data—extracting, analysing, and presenting it in a clear and engaging way—will be key to success in this role. Experience supporting system implementations, change programmes, or training users on new applications would be highly advantageous. You’ll also have previous administration experience and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. Comfortable guiding and supporting site teams, you’ll take ownership, build strong working relationships, and approach challenges with confidence and a practical, hands-on attitude.
