Summary of Role

This is a Denver, CO based job. Candidates must be available to report to the Denver office regularly.

AdCellerant is seeking candidates for a dual role as an Administrative Assistant to support our Security team (which oversees IT operations) as well as the People Operations team. This role is essential in executing a variety of administrative tasks that keep systems running smoothly and teams working efficiently.

This position calls for strong organization, attention to detail, comfort with technology, and excellent communication skills. You'll need to prioritize effectively, work independently, and approach problems with curiosity and resourcefulness. This role reports to the SecOps Compliance Analyst and collaborates closely with leaders and team members in both Security and People Operations.

The Security team at AdCellerant manages IT systems, hardware and software provisioning, access management, and information security. The Administrative Assistant will support these efforts by coordinating user onboarding/ offboarding, maintaining documentation, managing asset tracking, and assisting with vendor communication and ticket routing. On the People Operations side, this role may assist with tasks related to onboarding, employee systems, documentation, internal communications, office access, and more!

This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week remote and 2 days in our Denver office. Occasional additional office days may be needed during events or team projects.

Location Information

This role is required to be located near our Denver, CO office, with hybrid work from home flexibility.

Team members must live and work in the United States* (*territories excluded), and have access to reliable, high-speed internet.

Compensation

Hourly rate: $26.44 - $31.25, depending on experience

Annual equivalent: Approximately $55,000 - $65,000
