本職位結合深厚的技術實力與團隊領導力，將直接向 AI 負責人匯報。你將親自撰寫生產級程式碼、制定技術策略、指導團隊成員，並協助建立一支高效、靈活、世界級的 AI 團隊。

• 4–6 年 AI／ML 工程經驗，具備實際生產環境模型部署實績

• 精通 Python，熟悉 TensorFlow、PyTorch、Scikit-learn 等主流程式庫

• 深刻理解 ML 生命周期，包括資料處理、訓練、驗證與監控

• 熟悉推薦系統、詐欺偵測、風控建模、NLP 等應用場景

• 具備技術領導與工程師 mentoring 經驗

• 優秀的跨部門溝通與團隊協作能力

• 常駐臺灣，並可與東南亞團隊進行遠端協作

• 熟悉 MLflow、Airflow、Docker、GCP / AWS 等 MLOps 工具

• 了解 Responsible AI 實踐（公平性、可解釋性、模型治理）

Working Arrangement: Hybrid (based in Taiwan with a mix of office and remote work flexibility)

At BJAK, we’re using AI to solve meaningful problems — from fraud detection and risk modeling to hyper-personalized financial experiences that make insurance and financial services more accessible. We’re looking for a Lead AI Engineer based in Taiwan to play a pivotal role in building, scaling, and leading the next generation of intelligent systems.

This role blends deep technical expertise with hands-on leadership, reporting directly to our Head of AI. You’ll write production-grade code, shape strategy, mentor team members, and help grow a lean, world-class AI engineering team.

• You’ll design and deploy core AI systems that serve millions across the region

• You’ll be the right hand to the Head of AI — driving execution and setting engineering standards

• You’ll mentor and lead junior engineers to elevate overall team capability

• You’ll play a key role in scaling and hiring a high-performance AI team

• Design, build, and ship production-grade ML models for critical business use cases

• Lead architecture for models, data pipelines, and deployment strategy

• Collaborate across product, engineering, and data teams to drive AI implementation

• Own the end-to-end ML lifecycle: data prep, training, deployment, and monitoring

• Review code, guide projects, and support the team through technical challenges

• Promote best practices, experimentation, and continuous learning culture

• Conduct interviews and contribute to hiring decisions

• Stay up to date with AI/ML innovations and apply them to real-world products

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering with real-world deployment experience

• Proficient in Python and familiar with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn

• Strong grasp of end-to-end ML lifecycle: data pipelines, training, validation, monitoring

• Experience in applied AI domains (e.g., recommendations, fraud, risk modeling, NLP)

• Proven track record of technical leadership and mentoring

• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

• Must be based in Taiwan and open to hybrid collaboration with international teams

• Experience with MLOps tooling (e.g., MLflow, Airflow, Docker, GCP/AWS)

• Familiarity with responsible AI practices (e.g., fairness, interpretability, governance)

• Background in fast-paced startups or scale-up environments

• Experience building internal AI platforms or reusable ML modules
